Expectation:
● Positioning Technogise to potential candidates, making them excited about the
opportunity.
● Working on ways to create amazing experiences for both candidates and interviewers.
● Being the face of Technogise. You'll be the first person that someone talks to from
us, so you need to be great at understanding candidates’ motivations, mapping
them with Technogise opportunities, and making informed decisions before putting
candidates into the process.
● Putting yourself in the centre, if you are a candidate, what experience would you
want to get? The same applies to all people who get in touch with you or you are
reaching out to.
● You understand tech and can easily strike up a conversation with technologists,
understanding jargon and what they mean at a high level.
● You always weigh quality more than quantity.● You are a believer in creating an inclusive sourcing strategy that takes extraordinary
steps to approach people from diverse backgrounds.
● You know data is the new oil!
What are we looking for
● You have 4-8 years of experience in recruiting, and have a passion for building
high-quality tech teams
● Relevant experience in sourcing Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Analysts,
DevOps Engineers, UX designers, etc.
● Strong research and sourcing skills from different sourcing mediums especially
alternative sourcing.
● Good at solving problems and coming up with ways to solve recruiting problems
● Good understanding of recruiting tools and best practices.

Value: Exploring technologies and implementing them on the projects provided they make business sense and deliver value.

This is a full-time Dynamic-hybrid role as a Technology Consultant (Developer) located in Pune and Bangalore.
We are looking for people who can join us immediately or within 30 days.
Core Skills:
We are looking for 4-8 years of industry experience exclusively in Full-stack development with Java and Angular / any Frontend technologies.
- Influence technical decision-making and high-level design decisions - choice of frameworks and tech approach.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand different approaches for application, and integration and influence decisions by making appropriate trade-offsWays of working:
