SAP ABAP HANA Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP ABAP HANA Developer with 6–8 years of experience to join our dynamic SAP team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in ABAP on HANA, core ABAP development, and performance tuning. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions for the locations-Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and enhance SAP applications using ABAP on HANA best practices.

2. Work on performance tuning of ABAP programs with a focus on HANA optimization.

3. Develop custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects).

4. Utilize Core Data Services (CDS) views, AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures), and HANA modeling.

5.Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

6.Perform code reviews and unit testing for quality assurance.

7. Debug and resolve issues in SAP programs and provide support for production environments.

8. Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and guidelines.

Required Skills:

1. 6–8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

2. Strong experience in ABAP on HANA, including CDS, AMDP, and optimized SQL.

3. Proficient in classical and object-oriented ABAP programming.

4. Hands-on experience with SAP enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, and BAPIs.

5. Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 integration is a plus.

6.Good understanding of SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, etc., is desirable.

7.Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. SAP Certification in ABAP or HANA is a plus.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4.Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
