The Opportunity:
As the Engineering Manager, you will own, drive product engineering projects / programs and deliver to global enterprise customers. You will be part of the Digit88 leadership team to drive engineering and business excellence, build high performance teams, develop innovative culture to delight customers. You will provide thought leadership in technology and engineering practices to customers as well as the teams.
What you'll do:
- Work closely with product managers to finalize and translate requirements into actionable plans for the engineering team.
- Guide the engineering team in architecture, design, and development of innovative solutions.
- Unblock engineers during development and provide technical support and mentorship as needed.
- Lead and manage a team of 10 senior engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Define and monitor development timelines to ensure conformance and timely delivery of projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across the engineering team.
- Collaborate with US product management and senior management to align engineering efforts with business goals.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery by implementing and upholding best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
- Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

Role Overview:
The Government Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the government sector, including State, Central Ministries, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the government procurement process, a proven track record in selling high-ticket software solutions, and strong relationships with key stakeholders in the government and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

As a HR & Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations of the company.
What you will do:
- Managing the recruitment efforts including actively recruiting for open positions across offices and partnering with external recruiters to ensure headcount needs are met
- Posting and tracking jobs on various sites
- Coordinating with external recruiters
- Actively scouting new candidates from social media websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
- Conducting and screening interviews and coordinating with departments for second level interviews
- Preparing offer letters and appointment letters, performing background checks
- Coordinating onboarding process with internal teams
- Leading the company employee relations activities including performance management programs; utilizing systems/tools that support the business objectives as well as general employee feedback including during onboarding and off-boarding

What you need to have:- At least 4+ years of experience in HR and recruiting
- Prior experience of working with modern software product or services companies
- Experience working and collaborating with team globally
1) Design clear engaging graphic communications for the app, social media and print - this includes UI/ UX, event webpages, brand promotional items, in-app games, etc.
2) Illustrates the concept by designing a rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type, size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
3) Work closely with operations, marketing, and content team to translate their messaging concepts into graphic/visual material
4) Design & create graphics images, GIFs & Ads, etc. for Social Media Platforms.
5) Grow online social networks by acquiring a new fan-base and increasing interactions via designs.
6) Understand the requirement and develop quality graphics, Work on all aspects of design.
7) Should have experience of leading creative/Design team of Min. 7.
Other Requirements:
1) Should have excellent knowledge of Video/Audio and Live streaming applications.
2) Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design
