Required Skills: 

• Should have good communication skill
• Must have worked on CI
• Must have worked on API security, API, Webhooks, Sockets, on caching of API and optimize communication between 3rd party(Optional)
• Must have done 3rd party API integration with inbound and outbound communication.
• Should be capable enough to do documentation of API
• Knowledge about REST and SOAP API and GDPR compliances can be optional.
• Must worked on caching of API and optimize communication between 3rd party
• Experience in Laravel and MySQL would be added advantage
• Should have Worked on MVC,HMVC(Optional) and PHP architecture

Analyze day-to-day needs for training in the sales team.
● Create training curricula and estimate the timeline required to create them.
● Develop material required for training for example outline, handouts,
etc.
● Conduct training sessions for new and current sales personnel.
● Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements
in training programs.
● Collect feedback from trainees and identify the issues they had
during the process.
● Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the
session.
● Coordinate with the Sales Manager.
● Maintain and update records of training material.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of a
corporate sales environment.
● Maintaining required data (onboarding to deployment)
● Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
● Define and explain KPI and KRA.
● Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are
performing job responsibilities
according to training.
● Train for internal CRM and sales tools.
● Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success and
ROI periodically, prepares a report on them

EXPERIENCE/CHARACTERISTIC

● Experience: 1 or 2 years as a Sales Trainer in the BPO sector
● Candidate should have experience in training new employees and
supporting experienced employees to improve their performance
