- Take full ownership of the development and maintenance of our Kotlin Multi Platform & Andorid app, ensuring high-quality code, performance, and user experience.
- Lead the end-to-end development process, from requirement analysis to deployment, and actively participate in the product roadmap planning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers, to deliver exceptional user experiences and innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the Android app development process and maintain technical excellence.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, debug issues, and optimize performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Android development, sharing knowledge and promoting continuous learning within the team.
🏋️♀️ Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Android app development, with a strong command of Java or Kotlin.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly Android applications.
- Experience in leading or mentoring developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Solid understanding of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Proficient in implementing UI/UX designs and ensuring compatibility across multiple Android devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
