FigmaWe are a young team looking for a product designer who is young and with a good sense of design and aesthetics. Preferably, somebody who has studies art or design and has a feel for good minimal design. The tasks in the role are listed below. They will work with the Head of Product to build and integrate newer products and tools into Oogwai.

Oogwai is building the next generation of AI-driven integration workflows. We are adding features regularly, and simplifying complex data flows for our users and clients. We believe that great design isn't just about how it looks, but how it works. We are looking for a founding-level designer who is obsessed with product quality and digital storytelling.
The Mission
You will be the "Visual Guardian" of Oogway. Your goal is two-fold:
- Product: Make our integration flows so simple and intuitive that a user never has to read a manual.
- Growth: Create the "hype" that brings users to the door through slick social content, video demos, and marketing collateral.
What You’ll Do
- UX/UI Ownership: Design new features and refine existing integration flows in Figma. You’ll be looking for small "friction points" and fixing them.
- Product Marketing: Create high-quality visual assets for our website, landing pages, and pitch decks.
- Video & Motion: Produce "Product-as-Marketing" content—think slick screen recordings (using tools like Screen Studio or Descript) and basic video edits for LinkedIn and Twitter/X.
- Social Storytelling: Turn complex AI updates into digestible, aesthetic social media posts and carousels.
- Iterative Improvement: Constantly "audit" the live site (oogw.ai) to suggest and implement small UI polish (padding, shadows, micro-copy) that elevates the brand.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 Years of Experience: You’ve worked at a startup or a design-led agency. You are past the "learning the tools" phase and into the "solving problems" phase.
- The "Figma Native": You understand components, auto-layout, and prototyping. Your files are organized, not a mess of "Group 1, Group 2."
- The Eye: You have a taste for modern, clean, "SaaS" aesthetics (think Linear, Vercel, or Perplexity). You understand typography and white space.
- Agile Content Creator: You can jump from a UX wireframe to a CapCut video or a Canva/Illustrator social post without losing momentum.
- Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait for a ticket to be assigned. You see a broken button or a confusing sentence on the site and you mock up a fix.
Bonus Points If:
- You use AI tools (Midjourney, Claude, etc.) in your creative workflow.
- You have a basic understanding of Framer or Webflow.
- You are preferably based in Mumbai/Pune/ Bangalore and enjoy the occasional whiteboard session over coffee.
