REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities :      

• Requirement gathering and stakeholder management for client projects.
• Scope software development projects, create various documents (e.g. SRS, wireframes etc) and define development roadmap along side technical lead.
• Coordinate with clients day to day and act as a product owner to ensure the software being developed is conceptualised and delivered per client's expectations.
• Facilitate kick off meetings, requirement meetings and status meetings.
• Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high quality customer experience while adhering to the SLA’s and work processes

What you need to have:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects which involve deep integrations of various systems. This TPM should be able to identify the complete requirements of all involved stakeholders and identify the technical solution with a clear breakdown of tasks required for successful completion of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Create clear requirement documents for both new projects and changes on existing technical projects
• Identify business risks and points of failure in ongoing projects
• Plan and manage releases with all the system providers

SME on workflow, plugins and all JIRA functionality

Consult with teams on how to use JIRA effectively – PMO, PLM Team, Solution Team, Leadership, Business Analysts, Tribe Leads, etc

Setup and maintain reports

Advise on best practices for maintaining JIRA.

Experience required

Experience of designing and managing large scale JIRA deployments in software development environments using agile.

This position is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. • Strong experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on time, on-schedule and within budget close
