Scrum Master

Role & responsibilities:

1. Implement and integrate AI tools into business workflows and Automate tasks using no-code platforms and AI APIs.
2. Integrate LLMs, vision models, and other pre-trained AI services (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI) into internal systems.
3. Deployment, Customization & Fine-tune foundation models using supervised learning, prompt engineering, and custom datasets.
4. Build systems to extract structured data from PDFs and scanned documents using OCR, NLP, and document-understanding models.
5. Design and optimize AI prompts for content generation, customer support, and business analytics.
6. Knowledge in Agent2Agent, MCP Servers, Context Handling Cross-Functional Collaboration.
7. Work with marketing, sales, support, and HR teams to identify and implement AI-driven process improvements.
8. Monitor AI outputs for quality, compliance, and relevance. Ensure responsible and ethical AI usage.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Skilled in OCR and document parsing tools (e.g., Tesseract OCR, PDFMiner, LayoutLM, Azure Form Recognizer).
• Experience in workflow automation tools (e.g., Crew AI, LangChain).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and containerization.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.

Mandate Skills:

• 3 - 7 years of experience in cloud-native applications (Azure strongly preferred) using Python.

• End to end campaign management on various platforms primarily Google (From forecasting to executing, monitoring, evaluating and optimizing campaign performance to generating maximum leads)
