Responsibilities

  • Writing a variety of content types, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, thought leadership editorials, marketing emails, and website content
  • Editing the content types we just mentioned 
  • Conducting extensive customer research to identify pain points and the right language to describe them
  • Testing out plugins and products to understand how they function in order to write better articles
  • Planning article structures to address reader intent thoroughly
  • Working with the SEO team to optimize old blog articles for improvement and constantly monitoring those improvements
