Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team selling to the Capital Markets. This role bridges the gap between the account management team and the software development/product team, helping to define and present solutions that
address clients' needs, particularly in areas such as trading, clearing, and settlement,
depositories, risk management, and market surveillance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and product/software development teams to understand client requirements and propose solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof
of concepts.
- Assist in drafting solution architectures, integration approaches, and technical
proposals.
- Participate in RFP/RFI responses, ensuring high-quality and compliant
submissions.
- Research client environments and industry trends to tailor suitable solutions.
- Provide feedback from the field to help shape the product roadmap and feature
enhancements.

Skills:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- M.B.A or equivalent in sales and marketing with a B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical, Electronics or a related field.
- 3 -5 years of experience in a pre-sales, business analyst, or technical consulting
- role. Candidates with 1-3 years’ experience (either before or after MBA) in capital
- markets can also apply.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and enterprise systems integration.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with capital markets concepts such as trade lifecycle, securities

As the Business Development Manager, you will
● Be responsible for achieving YNOS’s quarterly and yearly BD targets
● Actively prospect, generate leads through various networks, build
weekly/monthly pipeline, drive order wins, prepare sales forecasts, and adjust BD strategies to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
● Have a “customer first” approach and ensure that internal collaboration is achieved to have satisfied clients.
● Be a strategic thinker with a broad perspective and, at the same time,
demonstrates an acute attention to detail and the ability to execute flawlessly.
● Prepare reports/trackers for the various activities involved in achieving the BD plan. Ensure adherence to achieving the sales plan and participate in review with the reporting manager.
