Role & responsibilities

• Ensure all websites imagery are engaging.
• Work with the Product Management, Technical/Development and Design teams to ensure alignment with the brand strategies.
• Analyze market, consumer and competitive trends and apply as appropriate.
• Manage, monitor, and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions, feedback, threats and changes regarding the company's web presence and action as appropriate.
• Edit and retouch images for print production
• Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, crop marks, proper resolution)
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proven record of matching deadlines to deliver projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Well versed experience in using design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, working knowledge of After Effects/Maya or any 3D software.
• Create and adapt packaging artwork on supplied dyelines
• Maintain proper bleed, fold, and safety areas
• Create packaging mockups when required
• Knowledge of spot UV, foil & special finishes
• Deep knowledge of the image manipulation process and understanding how to make a product fit in a stock image.
• Knowledge of AI tools like Runway, Mid Journey etc.
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to navigate in both Mac and PC environments.
• Proven track record in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills for preparing reports and KPI monitoring.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design
• Knowledge of print formats, materials, and finishing techniques
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Strong Product Designer Profile, with good exposure to Design systems

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ YOE in Product / Visual / UI Design, with Top / large scale Products

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience translating brand principles into scalable UI systems — covering typography, color, iconography, spacing, motion, and theming.

Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have deep expertise in creating and evolving design systems that ensure pixel-perfect execution across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.

Mandatory (Skill 2 ): Must have strong command of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy with an obsessive attention to detail and polish.

Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have experience maintaining visual consistency between marketing, brand, and product experiences — supporting localization, accessibility, and scalability.

Mandatory (Tools): Must have mastery of Figma, design tokens, and component-driven UI workflows.

Mandatory (Stakeholder Mgmt): Must have strong cross-functional collaboration skills — partnering with UX Design Leads, Engineering, and distributed global stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of visual specs.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have a strong portfolio of Product / UI Design works for large-scale products — showcasing detailed Design systems, Case-studies, and brand-to-product translation, along with demonstrated experience working with international brands or global products, reflecting exposure to global design standards and multi-market product environments.

Mandatory (Education): Must have a formal design education — degree or diploma from a recognized design school/institute.
