Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct business conferences by mediating the call, identify and assess the customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information when requested by using the right methods/tools on the software interface.
• Resolve conference related issues by clarifying the customer complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and expediting correction or adjustment.
• Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and resolve help requests and build sustainable relationship through interactive communication
• Schedule conferences, maintain records and process emails adhering to communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Go the extra mile to query resolution, request completion and process closure
• Productive contribution to team effort by accomplishing the results as needed

• 0 - 1 years in customer care background
• Must be fluent in Hindi & English. Multilingual will be added advantage
• Telephone etiquette, ability to comprehend and effective listening skills

• In conjunction with relevant stakeholders, develop and maintain the company's websites across all brands.
• Ensure all websites are engaging, responsive, continually optimized, secure, up-to-date and consumer relevant.
• Work with the product management, content creation, Design and Social Media teams to ensure alignment.
• Analyze market, consumer and competitive trends and apply as appropriate.
• Manage, monitor, and present relevant analytics, data, trends, successes, exceptions, feedback, threats and changes regarding the company's web presence and action as appropriate.
• Manage and monitor all website hosting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/5, CSS, SCSS and JavaScript.
• Experience in Shopify Liquid + jQuery, Shopify Theme Customization
• Strong experience in WordPress Plugins, custom themes, custom fields, customization, short code, CSS, MySQL, PHP, Bootstrap, Shopify.
• Strong experience in Shopify App, Theme Integration, Shopify Flow, Creating custom theme sections.
• Experience building static, dynamic, semantic, and accessible websites.
• Proficient in Git and experience in eCommerce and B2B website development.
• Experience using design tools, such as Sketch, Photoshop or Illustrator, and prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of developing for Content Management Systems (Example: WordPress, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Node.js and server knowledge are a plus.
• The ability to navigate in both Mac and PC environments.
• A proven track record in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
• 2+ years of proven experience with a portfolio of published websites.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis.
• Strong technical focus, project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

Job Summary: 

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at Connect and Heal - CNH Care in Bangalore. We are hiring for the Occupational Health Clinic (OHC) Dept. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing an entire portfolio of clinics across cities to ensure smooth operations, with the support of regional teams. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

A) Clinical Operations: 

-Conduct thorough check on all clinic requirements and ensure smooth operations 

-Ensuring the MIS for all clinics is done on time (daily / weekly / monthly) 

-Ensure timely audits is done for all clinics 

B) Sourcing Requirements: 

-Coordinating with central sourcing team on all hiring requirements 

-Coordinating with medical governance team on staff training calendar and ensuring smooth trainings -Track attendance on daily basis and ensuring no service gap 

C) Client relationships: 

-Managing relationships with PAN India clients and handle client escalations 

- Liaising with different stakeholders (Marketing/sales/product) as per business requirement 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree (Master’s degree preferred) 

• Proficiency in excel and experience in handling large data sets 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience 

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills 

• Experience in Occupational Health Centre, healthcare industry including hospitals, clinics is a plus
