We are looking for an experienced and creative Video Editor to join our team! As a Video Editor at our company, you will be responsible for editing, and producing photos and videos from stock images and videos, for internal and external purposes.
As video has become the best way to communicate the company's messages on online platforms, your position will play an important role in our company's success.
You’ll edit them accordingly per the requirements.

Experience and complete knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, light works, etc
Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
A strong eye for visual composition.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

We are currently partnering with one of our portfolio companies (seed staged) to hire a Graphic Designer. So if you are someone who wants to partner with a founder and help build the company bottoms up, this might be the right role for you.

- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Knowledge of basic animation principles

Requirements and skills:
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies - Illustrator, Photoshop & After Effects
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus

Responsibilities:
● Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and software
engineers
● Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
● Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
● Build page navigation buttons and search fields
● Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
● Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
● Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
● Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
● Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
● Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
Requirements:
● Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer for consumer and mobile products
● Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and In Vision) is an advantage
● Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
● Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
● You have an online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us

• Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
• Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
• Generating fresh concepts.
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.

• Bachelor’s degree. 
• A graphic design qualification or similar.
• 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing. 
• Portfolio with design projects.
• Proven work experience as a graphic designer.
• Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator).
• A keen eye for visual details.
• Aesthetic skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.

What you need to have:

• Graduation or Diploma in Computers
• Good knowledge of PHP,HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery
• Knowledge of RDBMS
• Banking/ NBFC/ Financial Institution background will be a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Responsibilities::

• Based on the wireframes and project concept, create UI of screens to be used in mobile and web.

• Understand the UX and implement or enhance the screens accordingly.

• Work closely with the team in an agile mode to properly draft the requirements in the screen or mock-ups generated.

• Create newsletters, templates and graphics as and when required.
