Job Description

As a senior full stack developer, you will contribute to our end to end supply chain platform. You'll work with all key stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable code and deliver amazing user experiences. We are building a design and process centric culture where you'll play a key role in the implementation of the foundation of all our systems. Up for a challenge?

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements, provide estimates and deliver code in an agile setup
• Stay on top of all owned work and raise red flags as early as possible
• Define the architecture, best practices and coding standards for full stack development.
• Support continuous technical improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and present them for architectural review 
• Motivate team members, coach junior members and extend goodwill to other employees

Qualifications

• Prior startup experience, preferably with war stories to share
• 3-5 years of software industry experience
• Solid understanding of software design, development, testing, and problem-solving 
• Expertise in coding efficient, high quality and modularized software 
• Expertise in React Native and related ecosystem
• Expertise in at least one of native Android or iOS development
• Experience with GraphQL and other modern JS ecosystems
• Expertise in common design patterns and anti-patterns Javascript
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and microservices
• Expertise in relational and non-relational databases and expertise in at least one database system
• Experience with planning, execution and maintenance of test infrastructure for backend workflows
• Knowledge of AWS
• Knowledge of Unix shell and source control systems and tools such as git 
• Strong technical leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Technical mentoring skills

Great to have

• Experience with CI/CD and setting up a monitoring infrastructure
• Experience with Flutter
• Interest in blockchain and computer vision related ML systems
• Experience working on high traffic systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

• 0-2 years of software experience in front-end mobile/web app development
• Good understanding of concurrency and multithreading
• Full Stack development experience building data, logic tier and user experience software
• Exposure to Android SDK (experience in AndroidTV framework will be a plus)
• Knowledge of REST, JSON, MQTT, Databases, Networking technologies
• React | React Native, Multi-platform exposure is a plus
• Experience with Agile development processes is a plus

Lead Engineer - 

Responsibilities:

• Leads a project end-to-end and collaborates across functions. Drives planning, estimation and execution.
• Understands requirements well and comes up with efficient design
• Develops complex, well backed and bug-free products. Estimates accurately.
• Takes well-reasoned tech decisions keeping in mind goals and trade-offs
• Becomes a go-to person in more than one area. Provide technical mentoring to team
• Communicates clearly, gets clarifications and establishes expectations for all parties
• Helps establish SDLC best practices and high standards of code quality
• Demonstrates excellent problem solving & debugging skills
• Proactively identifies and resolves issues in requirements, design and code

Requirements:

• Solid experience in JAVA and Kotlin.
• Should have experience in Reactive programming, Asynchronous programming and Unit Testing.
• Has an ability to quickly learn and contribute in multiple codebase.
• Overcomes roadblocks and requires minimal oversight
• Takes initiatives to fix issues/tech debts before assigned to him/her.
• Able to deep dive into codebase and advise QA of possible regression impact.
• Communicates tech decisions through design docs and tech talks.
• Has delivered projects with end-to-end accountability.
• Keeps track of industry trends and introduces right tech/tools for a given job.
• Excellent understanding of software engineering practices, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms.
• 5+ years of experience in a product-driven organisation.

• Own Android SDKs, working hand-in-hand with the founding team
• Design and build delightful user interfaces for native apps on Android
• You will be (co-) responsible for our software development kit (SDK) for Android
• Building mobile apps in both Swift and Kotlin.
• You work independently on your own code, but you also spend time collaborating with others.
• You are involved in all stages of app development and contribute to the roadmap.
• You get the freedom to experiment with new Android technology.
• Ownership — advocate for projects and solutions that need to be launched ground up.

• Min 2 to 4 years in developing Android applications in Java / Kotlin / C++ /
• Gradle/Groovy.
• Worked on SDKs/Frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns as well as Android specifics.
• Experience with authenticated sessions using authentication tokens and have at-least
• fundamental knowledge of app security.
• Good to have:-
• Experience with Cross-platform frameworks is a plus (React Native, Flutter, Cordova,

We Anju Siima Technologies Private Limited. are hiring a self motivated React Native Developer urgently. You must have working knowledge of React Native, Redux with API integrations

Responsibilities:

• Design and build mobile applications for Android & iOS platform
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Key Skills:
