JOB SUMMARY:  The Senior Associate supports the Data Analytics Manager by proposing relevant analytics procedures/tools, executing the analytics and also developing visualization outputs for audits, continuous monitoring/auditing and IA initiatives. The individual’s responsibilities include -

Understanding audit and/or project objectives and assisting the manager in preparing the plan and timelines.

Working with the Process/BU/IA teams for gathering requirements for continuous monitoring/auditing projects.

Working with Internal audit project teams to understand the analytics requirements for audit engagements.

Independently build pilot/prototype, determine appropriate visual tool and design the views to meet project objectives.

Proficient in data management and data mining.

Highly skilled on visualization tools like Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx etc.

Working with Data Analytics Manager to develop analytics program aligned to the overall audit plan.

Showcasing analytics capability to Process management teams to increase adoption of continuous monitoring.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders of internal audit.

Coaching other data analysts on analytics procedures, coding and tools.

Taking a significant and active role in developing and driving Internal Audit Data Analytics quality and knowledge sharing to enhance the value provided to Internal Audit stakeholders.

Ensuring timely and accurate time tracking.

Continuously focusing on self-development by attending trainings, seminars and acquiring relevant certifications.

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years of hands-on designing experience especially in print and visual communication projects.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have proven conceptualisation and visualization skills, with the ability to convert briefs, raw data, and ideas into engaging visual creatives while maintaining brand messaging and design consistency.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have client interaction and team management experience, including coordinating with designers, art directors, project managers, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality creative deliverables.

Mandatory (Tech Skills 1): Must have strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, layout design, and print production standards, with the ability to sign-off or review final deliverables.

Mandatory (Tech Skills 2): Must have hands-on experience in handling multiple creative tools and design workflows independently

Mandatory (Portfolio): Strong portfolio of Print Media / Creative Portfolio showcasing branding, marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, or other high-quality visual design projects that demonstrate conceptual thinking and software proficiency.

Mandatory (Work Environment): Must be willing to work full-time from office and be flexible for rotational monthly shifts (including night shifts) as per business requirements.

• Hands-on Collibra Developer experience (3+ yrs) and knowledge of data governance.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated QA Lead with a strong background in testing Salesforce applications. This is a hands-on role requiring 90% manual testing while leading and mentoring a team of Senior QA Engineers. We are specifically looking for candidates who are currently not employed or serving their notice period and can join our team on or before feb 17th.

• Key Responsibilities:Hands-on Testing (90%)Design, execute, and manage comprehensive manual test cases for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning components.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce-specific features, integrations, and customizations.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring their timely resolution and thorough testing coverage.
• Team Leadership (10%)Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Senior QA Engineers.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment while encouraging skill development.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving strategies to team members.
• Quality Assurance StrategyDefine and implement QA strategies tailored to Salesforce applications.
• Develop and monitor QA metrics to assess quality and performance.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to align on QA objectives.
• Optional Automation InitiativesDesign and implement automation frameworks for Salesforce testing using tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar (if applicable).
• Enhance testing efficiency through the adoption of automation strategies.
• Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in QA processes and recommend improvements.
• Advocate for best practices, including regression and performance testing.
• Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and stakeholders.
• Provide clear updates on testing progress, risks, and resolutions.
• DocumentationMaintain comprehensive documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards and processes.
• Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:7+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage QA teams and drive quality strategies.
• Skills:Strong expertise in manual testing (90% hands-on work required).
• Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle and release management processes.
• Proficiency in test management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bonus Skills:Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium or Provar.
• Salesforce Administrator or QA-related certifications.
