About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive / HR Associate to manage day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, and documentation. The candidate will work closely with different teams to support hiring and maintain a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain employee records, HR documents, and recruitment reports.
• Draft job descriptions and publish job openings on relevant platforms.
• Handle candidate communication through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate joining formalities, offer letters, NDAs, and other employee documentation.
• Track attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
• Assist in employee engagement and internal communication activities.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support performance reviews and other HR processes.
• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are properly communicated and followed.
