About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive / HR Associate to manage day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, and documentation. The candidate will work closely with different teams to support hiring and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, HR documents, and recruitment reports.
- Draft job descriptions and publish job openings on relevant platforms.
- Handle candidate communication through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Coordinate joining formalities, offer letters, NDAs, and other employee documentation.
- Track attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
- Assist in employee engagement and internal communication activities.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and provide regular hiring updates.
- Support performance reviews and other HR processes.
- Ensure HR policies and company procedures are properly communicated and followed.
