Roles and Responsibilities:

• As a senior engineer, take complete ownership of supporting customer VoIP deployments by debugging issues and providing fixes.
• Document existing call flows
• Build customer confidence to grow/lead local team
• Support customer during PST timezone during critical releases

Required Skills:

• 5+ yrs of supporting VoIP services/applications on Linux platform
• Strong scripting skills with bash/python/perl
• Expertise in SIP call flow analysis and debugging using Wireshark
• Experience in debugging Kamailio and Freeswitch/asterisk based applications is a must
• Good problem solving/analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with open source projects
• Exposure to Level 3-Carrier Integration
• Knowledge of networking protocols

Responsibilities:

• Build user journeys and communication strategies for every funnel the user goes through in the app
• Build highly engaging campaigns across user funnels to increase conversion rates
• Drive repeat users, referrals through Email, Push Notifications and other product touchpoints
• Plan & run defined experiments - test open rates, CTR, messaging, conversion rates and renewals.
• Work with internal and external stakeholder to seamlessly drive all campaigns 
• Constantly look for funnel drop offs and optimise every step to increase conversion rates
• Share data on daily, weekly and monthly basis with the larger team

Requirement:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in working with user engagement platforms like WebEngage
• Experience in building user funnels across app and web and proven record of successfully driving engagement and conversions
• Knowledge of HTML coding to create emailers is a must
• Experience working in a B2C product or Edtech is preferrable

We are looking for Course Resource Developers/ Academic Writers for our Accounting and Finance vocational training division in Australia. For our Australian Registered Training (RTO) registration we require Course Resource Developers/ Academic Writers for the initial and ongoing development of course training resources and training compliance documents.

Successful candidates can work remotely from their home, or own office in their home country, to support our Australian training operations.

Your New Role
As a Course Resource Developer/Academic Writer you will be responsible for developing resources and compliance documents and adapting them for specific target student cohorts.

You will utilise your training background to:

• Assist with developing training compliance documents for RTO registration using the templates provided by Senior Consultants
• Develop Accounting and Finance assessments and PowerPoints using the texts provided
• Upload content to the online platform and ensuring information is interactive and comprehensible

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Minimum bachelor or higher level qualification in Accounting and Finance
• Previous experience in course development and writing
• Knowledge and confidence with editing of online training portals
• Previous experience working within a training organisation
• Ability to work with trainers to create appropriate scenarios
• Ability to work from home using online platforms such as Zoom and Skype

• Your contract annual payment will range from AUD $12,000-  AUD $16,000
