Web Developer/ Fullstack Developer/ Mean Stack Developer

This Is NOT a Typical Java Role If your experience is mostly CRUD APIs, controller wiring, or shallow service layers — this role is not for you. We are looking for a top tier backend engineer who thrives on:

What You’ll Be Trusted With 

* Architect and build backend systems that must perform under load 

* Design and implement custom algorithms for real-world, non-trivial problems 

* Solve performance bottlenecks involving CPU, memory, I/O, and concurrency 

* Build backend services where latency, throughput, and correctness matter 

* Own document & PDF processing pipelines end-to-end:     

-Composition     

-Rendering

- High-volume generation 

* Make hard technical decisions and stand by them

Non-Negotiable Skills 

* Exceptional Java expertise (Core Java, Spring Boot, Java 8+) 

* Strong command over:     

• Data structures & algorithms 
• Multithreading & concurrency models     
• JVM internals & memory management 

* Proven experience building custom algorithms (this will be evaluated) 

* Deep backend engineering experience with Spring / Spring Boot 

* Strong understanding of:     

• API design principles     
• Fault tolerance & resilience     
•  Performance tuning & profiling 

* Ability to reason about time complexity, space complexity, and trade-offs 

* Strong database fundamentals (query optimization, indexing, transactions) 

* Experience with message brokers (ActiveMQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ) 

* Exposure to Kubernetes-based deployments or large-scale microservices

Requirements:

• Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Yii, Laravel, or CodeIgniter.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3 JavaScript, and HTML5
• Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.
• Previous experience creating scalable applications.
• Proficient with code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Ability to project manage.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a portfolio showcasing PHP development projects.
• Proficiency in PHP programming and experience with one or more PHP frameworks.
• Strong understanding of web development principles, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with front-end libraries and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue. js) is a plus.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e. g. , MySQL) and SQL queries.
• Experience with version control systems (e. g. , Git) and collaborative coding workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate effectively, and provide constructive feedback.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of experience as both a hands-on architect and a software engineer
• Leadership experience in creating, deploying, and iterating excellent software
• Extensive problem-solving skills
• Good written and vocal communication skills (in English)
• Proficiency in the following skills and technologies is mandatory: Core PHP, CodeIgniter, WordPress(CMS), MVC Framework, MYSQL(Database), OOP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Laravel 5, Opencart, AngularJS, GIT, SVN
• Capture high level requirements quickly from client or the sales team
• Be able to estimate with limited information by guesstimating based on some logical reasoning and assumptions
• Be able to clearly state the assumptions for the estimate
• Has good command over presentations and be able to quickly create a pre-sales presentation for the sales team
• Strong understanding of technology
• Ability to research out potential products / technologies for the proposed solution
