We're looking for a sharp, versatile Technical Content Writer who can translate the depth of our product into content that converts. You'll write across the full marketing funnel — from SEO blog posts that attract HR professionals to ad copy that drives demo bookings, emails that nurture leads, and landing pages that sell.
This is not just a blogging role. You'll own a diverse content portfolio spanning Superworks' products — HRMS, Payroll, ATS, Performance, Project Management, and more — creating content that speaks directly to our audiences: HR managers, business owners, finance teams, and operations leaders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Blog Posts & Long-Form Content
→ Research and write SEO-optimized blog posts on HR, payroll, workforce management, productivity, and SaaS trends
→ Produce thought-leadership articles that position Superworks as an authority in the HRTech space
→ Translate product features (e.g., auto payroll, attendance tracking, OKR tools) into practical, reader-friendly guides
→ Build content around high-intent keywords targeting HR managers, business owners, and operations leaders
Social Media Content
→ Write engaging captions, hooks, and carousel copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and Facebook
→ Script short-form reels and video content highlighting product use cases, customer wins, and HR tips
→ Develop platform-specific content strategies — what works on LinkedIn for HR pros vs. Instagram for brand visibility
→ Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized social formats to maximize content distribution
Ad Copy & Performance Marketing
→ Write high-converting ad copy for Google Search, Display, LinkedIn, and Meta campaigns promoting Superworks products
→ Develop multiple copy variants for A/B testing on paid campaigns — headlines, descriptions, CTAs
→ Collaborate with the performance team to align messaging with campaign goals (demo bookings, free trials, sign-ups)
Landing Pages & Website Content
→ Write and refresh product landing pages for all Superworks modules (HRMS, Payroll, ATS, Super Chat, etc.)
→ Craft clear, benefit-driven copy that speaks to pain points of HR, finance, and ops decision-makers
→ Optimize landing page content for both SEO and conversion rate — balancing discoverability with persuasion
Email Marketing & Nurture Content
→ Write email sequences for lead nurture flows, onboarding, re-engagement, and product announcements
→ Craft newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns aligned with the buyer journey
→ Write personalized outreach email templates for the sales team targeting HR and business decision-makers
Sales Enablement & Collaterals
→ Create product one-pagers, brochures, pitch decks, and feature sheets for the sales team
→ Write case study narratives showcasing Superworks customer success stories (e.g., payroll automation, hiring efficiency)
→ Develop explainer content, FAQs, and comparison guides (e.g., Superworks vs. competitors) to support pre-sales
REQUIREMENTS
→ 2–3 years of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing — preferably in SaaS or B2B tech
→ Proven ability to write across multiple formats: blogs, ads, emails, landing pages, and social — portfolio required
→ Understanding of HR, payroll, or business operations topics (or a genuine eagerness to learn them fast)
→ Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals — keyword research, on-page optimization, and writing with search intent
→ Strong copywriting instincts — you know how to write a hook, build desire, and close with a CTA
→ Experience collaborating with product, design, and marketing teams to create accurate, on-brand content
→ Self-starter who can manage a diverse content calendar, juggle multiple content types, and meet deadlines
→ Excellent command of English with impeccable grammar, clarity, and tone adaptability
