Role Overview:

 We are looking for a strong Embedded Firmware Engineer with hands-on experience in STM32 H-Series (H7/H5) and F-Series (F4/F7) microcontrollers.

 This role involves developing performance-critical firmware for IoT edge controllers, smart irrigation systems, and industrial-grade sensor gateways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop production-grade firmware on STM32 H & F Series MCUs
• Work with STM32CubeIDE / HAL / LL drivers / CMSIS
• Design modular firmware architecture
• Implement multitasking using FreeRTOS
• Integrate:

• Develop bootloader and secure OTA updates
• Optimize memory (Flash/RAM) and CPU utilization

Title: Salesforce Solution Architect (Classic to Lightning Migration)

Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead AvalonBay’s transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. This role is responsible for designing scalable, user-friendly solutions using native Salesforce capabilities, reducing custom technical debt, and enabling a unified associate experience across resident services and call center teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.

● Redesign data model (replace custom objects with standard Lead/Opportunity where

applicable).

● Configure Lightning features: Dynamic Forms, Lightning Pages, Flows, Omni-Channel.

● Recommend and implement AppExchange solutions where needed.

● Collaborate with developers, admins, and QA to deliver incremental releases.

● Ensure compliance with security, profiles, and permission sets.

● Act as the trusted advisor to stakeholders for Salesforce roadmap planning.

Qualifications:

● 6+ years Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ in Lightning implementations.

● Strong understanding of low-code/no-code capabilities (Flows, Dynamic Actions).

Required Skills & Qualifications
