Job Summary :

We’re looking for an experienced Senior DBA to manage and optimize databases like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Redis. You’ll ensure performance, security, and availability of databases across our systems and work closely with engineering teams for support and improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Redis databases.
• Handle backups, restores, upgrades, and replication.
• Optimize query performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure database security and access control.
• Work on disaster recovery and high availability.
• Support development teams with schema design and tuning.
• Automate tasks using scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud (AWS) teams.

Must-Have Skills :

• 6+ Years as a DBA in production environments.
• Strong hands-on with MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redis.
• Performance tuning and query optimization.
• Backup/recovery and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience with AWS (RDS/EC2).
• Scripting knowledge (Python/Bash).
• Good understanding of database security.

Good to Have :

• Experience with MSSQL.
• Knowledge of tools like pgAdmin, Compass, Workbench.
• Database certifications.

Strong UI / Product Designer profile, with good experience in designing Mobile Apps

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have strong hands-on experience in UI Designing for B2C or SaaS Products

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must be very strong with Visual Designs and Design systems (Wireframing, Visual Designs & Design systems)

Mandatory (Core Skill) : Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools for interface and interaction design.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Very strong portfolio of Visual / UI Design works for Mobile Apps of B2C or B2B SaaS products

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to work closely within the Product team, partnering with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure initiatives progress with clarity, momentum, and accountability.

What You’ll Really Do

• Drive execution of product initiatives and platform enhancements across product, engineering, and design
• Translate product requirements and roadmap items into clear plans, milestones, timelines, and ownership structures
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product release readiness, including coordination around integrations, security, compliance, and analytics requirements
• Collaborate with customer-facing and delivery teams to support smooth product rollouts and adoption
• Track progress, risks, analytics, and delivery health using structured trackers and dashboards for internal and relevant external stakeholders
• Gather relevant market and customer inputs to inform execution decisions
• Proactively unblock issues and close loops to ensure commitments are met

• You have 4–6 years of experience in project or delivery management within product-led or tech-heavy teams
• You are comfortable operating in product environments, working closely with PMs, engineers, and designers
• You understand agile ways of working — backlogs, sprints, prioritisation, and delivery cadence
• You can engage confidently with technical systems, AI-enabled platforms, and data-driven workflows
• You are comfortable analysing metrics and delivery data to anticipate risks and course-correct early
• You bring structure to ambiguity and consistency to execution
• You communicate clearly, follow through reliably, and take ownership for outcomes

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on SaaS platforms or enterprise technology products
• Familiarity with learning platforms, simulations, or behaviour-change products
• Interest in how adults learn, how behaviour shifts, and how technology can support both
• Comfort working with AI-powered tools and modern product delivery stacks

Responsibilities-

• Deliver technical strategies and solutions, application development, and end-users services
• Lead projects to implement new or enhance existing functionalities including articulating requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with team members across globe and customer stakeholders
• Work collaboratively as a team player to develop mutually acceptable solutions, and act as a mentor to the team
• Solve problems and provide support, taking responsibility to make decisions when appropriate
• Effectively communicate with team members and customers, Be able to articulate technology to a non-technical audience
• Build relationships with technical team members in all offices
• Track and manage dependencies across lines of business and platforms, Maintain technical risks register with mitigations
• Create or maintain architectural artifacts like architectural overview, architectural decisions, integrations diagram, non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with other technical team members and create a forum for sharing knowledge
• Come up with innovative ideas to improve quality in delivery
• Deploy, administer and support Microservices components in a RedHat OpenShift environment
• Should be hands-on and be ready to write complex code while mentoring junior developers to learn
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and lead by example

• 15-20 years experience working on projects utilizing: Java, Web Development/REST (preferably with Spring), Linux, JUnit, Mocking, Maven, JavaScript, GIT
• Experience in the following areas are preferred – Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Security with OAuth2, SOAP and SOAP UI, Jenkins configuration, AngularJS, RedHat PaaS (RHEL, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Camel, Fuse)
• Well versed in front end and back end development
• Good understanding of encryption technology
• Knowledge of infrastructure especially cloud infrastructure is desirable
• Should be conversant with DevOps methodologies
• At least 3 years of experience as a technical lead – coaching, presenting architectural/design elements to customers and team members
• Should possess strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Should have experience reviewing code for team members and etching out a concrete code quality plan
• Should have at least two years of experience working on projects using Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Should have 2+ years of experience using JUnit on projects
• Consistent incorporation of best practices and standards while coding; in particular: secure coding practices
• Good Exposure to building secure and scalable applications
• At least 4+ years handling customers directly should have presented architecture artifacts and technical solutions to customers and influenced customers
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills – should be able to influence customer stakeholders and senior management
• Team player and ability to work proactively, provide mentorship and directions to the team and making technical decisions independently

• 15-20 years of software industry experience
