Job Description

• Act as a technical expert for CRM projects.
• Be responsible for working on D365 CRM development, support, and integration projects.
• Lead or participate in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system.
• Architect the CRM system, related customizations, and reports to model the business and organizational process.
• Advise business users on best practices for CRM, development, or integration processes.
• Writing technical specifications for planned work.
• Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
• Develop SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML. Maintain code repository, VSTS backlog, and source control.
• Effectively utilize SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRM Toolbox for administration of CRM system. Support of the application including fixing application issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 5+ years’ experience with different versions of Microsoft CRM including D365 CRM.
• Experience in migrations, customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, and SSRS including plugins, scripting, and form creation.
• Experience in workflow development including complex ones.
• Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
• Experience in integrating D365 CRM with other applications is preferred.

• Strong Programming skills in Java/J2EE technologies – JavaScript, GWT, JQuerry, XMLs, JSPs, SQL etc.
• Deep Knowledge in Windchill architecture

• Experience in atleast one full lifecycle PLM implementation with Windchill.
• Should have strong coding skills in Windchill development and Customization, ThingWorx Navigate Development (Mandatory), Thing Worx Architecture Configurations Mashup creation, ThingWorx and Windchill Upgrade

• Should have Build and Configuration management (Mandatory) - HPQC \JIRA\Azure\SVN\GITHUB \ Ant
• Knowledge & Experience in Build and Release process
• Having worked on custom upgrade will be a plus.
• Understanding of application s development environment, Database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints. Understanding of Database administration, Database design and performance Tuning

ServiceNow,ITSM + CSM

Role Purpose The role holder is responsible for developing ServiceNow services, applications and modules, which satisfy the agreed requirements/stories and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with the Lead Consultant and Engagement Manager, on customer projects. The role holder will ensure that Fujitsu is seen as a trusted ServiceNow delivery partner and project activities are successfully delivered as sold, generating positive customer feedback and unpinning further business growth.Key Accountabilities 1.Product Development. In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform (2 years), from the technology, development, integration and modules, to design, develop, implement and test modules in line with agreed timelines, budget, costs, quality and development standards.2.IT Integration. Provides integration facilities and provisions logistics on ServiceNow implementation projects, for the required customer integrations.3.Process Improvement. Suggests and implements proposals for process improvements within projects, once agreed.4.Innovation. Uses new technologies and methods actively to develop competitive services on customer projects.5.Documentation. Provides technical documentation on modules / products, following company standards on customer projects.6.Technical Expertise. Minimum 4 to 14 Years OTM Technical / Functional experience

• Must have functional and techno-functional experience in OTM implementation and/or have supported projects dealing with these systems, and/or have worked on OTM Cloud
• Must have strong technical and functional knowledge of the latest OTM Application
• Must have knowledge of preparing mapping document to interface OTM system with EDI, WMS, order management and finance systems, and be able to translate the functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre
• Must have ability to write SQL statements for automation agents and other technical topics
• Hands on experience on JSPX/XSL will be additional advantage.
• Experience in end-to-end OTM life cycle/implementations/up-gradation and OTM architecture will be preferred

Responsibilities:
