Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in ITOM development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Suite, CMDB, and exposure to cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Orchestration.
• Configure and maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database), ensuring data integrity and compliance with ITIL best practices.
• Develop and implement custom workflows, automation, and integrations with external systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues related to ITOM functionalities.
• Optimize ServiceNow ITOM modules to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain discovery mechanisms for on-prem and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle).
• Ensure best practices, security, and compliance standards are followed while developing solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development, specifically in ITOM.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Suite, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration, and Event Management.
• In-depth knowledge of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, data modeling, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow ITOM with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices related to ITOM.
• Experience working with MID Servers, probes, sensors, and identification rules.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow ITOM configurations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM certification.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline integration with ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

What you will do:

• Develop efficient strategies to protect the system, the networking infrastructure, data, and information systems against potential threats/cyber risks
