Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who specializes ONLY in leadership hiring.

This role is not about job portals or volume hiring. This is about building networks, leveraging references, and hiring leaders who are not actively job hunting.

1. The Full Stack batch (Python, React, ROR, Node) is starting from 3rd March.

2. The course fee is ₹30,000, which can be paid in 3 installments of ₹10,000 each.

3. The course duration is 3 months.

4. The training will be 8 hours daily, from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.

5. The training will be practical and hands-on, focusing on live projects using laptops and computers (no board teaching).

6. Each batch will have only 20 students, and the top 10 students will get guaranteed placement in BestPeers with a starting salary of ₹15,000 per month (fixed for 1 year, followed by an appraisal).

7. Before joining the course, we will conduct an interview to help identify your weak areas so that you can focus on improving them during the training.

Qualifications:

The plan is to on-board 1 million users at a break-neck speed in the next 6 months using ingenious methods, both online & offline. To support the growth and build multiple features, we are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. The position reports to the Technology Head and based out of Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

· Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers

· Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules

· Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

Requirement:

· Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks {such as Laravel, CodeIgniter etc depending on your technology stack}
