Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Work with GDS platforms, preferably Amadeus, and understand profile management, mid-office, and back-office processes.
• Analyze business requirements related to web-based and desktop applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation, reports, presentations, and process documents.
• Track defects, coordinate issue resolution, and monitor the bug lifecycle using JIRA.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and requirement discussions.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance business efficiency.
• Support testing activities, requirement validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT), as required.
• Coordinate multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

Required Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of at least one GDS platform, preferably Amadeus.

Preferred Candidate Profile
