Job Title : Informatica Administrator
Experience : 3 to 8 Years
Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune
Shift : Night Shift (10:30 PM – 7:30 AM)
Mode of Work : Hybrid – 3 Days Work From Office (WFO)
Job Overview :
We are hiring experienced Informatica Administrators to join our dynamic team. This is a night shift role, and we’re looking for professionals with a strong understanding of Informatica Admin tasks including patching, migrations, access management, and job scheduling.
Mandatory Skills : Informatica Administration, Patching & Migration, User Access Management, Job Scheduling, Ticketing Tools, Night Shift Support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide hands-on support for Informatica Administration including monitoring and maintenance.
- Manage application upgrades, patching, and perform migrations across different environments.
- Monitor user access and perform user management activities.
- Support data refresh activities across various systems and environments.
- Collaborate with vendor support teams to resolve product-related issues.
- Handle implementation and scheduling of Informatica objects.
- Participate in ticket resolution using monitoring tools.
- Work effectively during night shift schedules as per monthly rotation.
Required Skills :
- Minimum 5+ Years of hands-on experience in Informatica Administration.
- Strong expertise in application support, patching, and user access management.
- Experience in working with ticketing and monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a 24x7 support environment with a focus on night shifts.
Shift Details :
- Primary Shift : 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
- Other Shifts (Rotation-based) :
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Write creative JDs and post/advertise them on various job portals.
- Review and understand technical job requirement and screen the candidates accordingly
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms.
- Research new technologies
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
- Follow up with candidates
Skills and Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter (3+yrs)
- Knowledge on the technical know how, to screen the candidate initially.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Self-confidence and self starter
- Logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks.

Understanding client requirements via conversation / JD / meeting.
Sourcing candidates through job sites / social media / referrals / contacts.
Qualifying candidates.
Getting candidates shortlisted by clients.
Arranging interviews with clients and getting subsequent feedbacks.
Handling doubts/queries of clients and candidates.
Salary negotiations.
Hand holding candidates for resignation/joining.
Coordinating the above with client and candidate.
Invoicing & payment.
Hand holding the candidate for the replacement period.
Reporting in detail to management on daily basis.
