Job Title: Business Development Manager (Female Preferred) 

Exp: 3-5 Years

CTC: up to 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market segments.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

• Drive sales efforts and lead the sales team to achieve targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Develop and execute sales plans, proposals, and presentations.

• Identify potential partners and alliances to expand business reach.

• Negotiate and manage partnerships, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and initiatives.

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.

• Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

• Contribute to the development of the company’s business strategy.

• Analyze business performance and provide insights for improvement.

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Proven experience (2+ years) in business development

• Experience in IT Product based sales.

Mandatory Criteria

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in Laravel framework
• Should have a bachelors degree in IT from a reputed institute
• Excellent communication skills and AI tools knowledge
• Strong in developing RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end applications
• Solid understanding of MySQL and PostgreSQL database management and optimization techniques
• Experience with version control systems such as Git (Bitbucket/GitHub knowledge is essential)
• Strong hands-on experience with Bootstrap, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS coding
• Strong knowledge of Laravel, CodeIgniter, and other PHP frameworks like YII
• Familiarity with e-commerce frameworks such as OpenCart, WordPress, cs-cart, and Magento Working knowledge of API development for Mobile Applications
• Experience with cache and search plugins in terms of optimization
• Developing plug-ins/add-ons in PHP for various CMS solutions

Computer Operator duties and responsibilities

• Identifying and correcting file and system errors.
• Performing data processing operations according to a business production schedule.

• Maintaining computer equipment and inventory and organizing repairs as needed.

• Should have expert level knowledge to Design, Develop and test Web Apps with Angular versions 6 and above.
• Primary Skills – Angular6+, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Node JS as backend will be advantage
• Knowledge of Mongo, MySql will be advantage
• Highly skilled at front-end engineering using Object-Oriented JavaScript, TypeScript, various JavaScript,TypeScript patterns and frameworks.
• Should have experience in publishing and consuming Services using REST API
• Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of handling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.
