Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various platforms and techniques
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Create and post job advertisements on multiple job boards and social media
• Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events
• Maintain and update recruitment databases to track candidate progress
• Provide timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status and next steps

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using social media and online platforms for recruitment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
