Job Overview

What You’ll Do

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate engagement
• Support employer branding initiatives across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
• Maintain and update candidate databases and track hiring metrics
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams
• Learn and implement strategies to attract top talent in a competitive startup ecosystem

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, with a focus on B2B enterprise sales, pre-sales, and revenue-driven roles
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define ideal candidate profiles and craft compelling job descriptions
• Source proactively using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and other tools
• Screen candidates, drive interviews, and manage a seamless candidate experience
• Collaborate on employer branding and GTM hiring strategies
• Use data and metrics to optimize recruitment performance and pipeline quality

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on B2B enterprise sales hiring
• Proven ability to hire for complex, client-facing roles in fast-moving environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter mentality with a bias for action and continuous improvement
• Familiarity with modern sourcing strategies, tools (like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS), and hiring analytics

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
