SAP ABAP Developer with CRM Expertise

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer with extensive CRM domain expertise to design, develop, and enhance custom ABAP solutions within SAP CRM environments. The role focuses on OOPs-based development, Web UI customizations, BRF+ rules, integrations, and Service Contracts processes to deliver robust CRM applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom ABAP objects including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and modules using OOPs concepts in SAP CRM context.
• Customize and enhance SAP CRM Web UI components, navigation, and user interfaces using Component Workbench and UI Configuration Tool.
• Design and implement business rules using SAP BRF+ for CRM processes and decision automation.
• Build and maintain integration scenarios using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and APIs between SAP CRM and external systems.
• Configure and develop Service Contracts processes including creation, pricing, billing integration, and contract management.
• Follow Agile methodologies for development sprints, code reviews, testing, and deployment using tools like Jira/ADO.
• Analyze business requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure high-quality deliverables with minimal defects.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform performance tuning, and provide L2/L3 support for CRM applications.
• Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and stakeholders for end-to-end CRM solution delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 10-15 years hands-on SAP ABAP development experience specifically in SAP CRM applications.
• Expertise in OOPs ABAP with custom objects (reports, ALVs, enhancements, BADIs, user exits).
• Strong SAP CRM Web UI development (Component Workbench, UI enhancements, navigation, AET).
• Proven experience with SAP BRF+ for rule-based decision making in CRM scenarios.
• Hands-on integration development using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, REST/SOAP APIs for CRM-external system connectivity.
• Deep domain knowledge of SAP CRM Service Contracts processes and configurations.
• Proficiency in Agile development practices and modern development tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP CRM 7.0/7.3, SAP S/4HANA CRM extensions.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP PI/PO.
• Exposure to Fiori/UI5 developments for CRM mobile/web interfaces.
• SAP certifications in ABAP or CRM modules.
