Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD + GTS Consultant with strong expertise in Sales & Distribution and Global Trade Services. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions to streamline order-to-cash and international trade compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) modules including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Shipping.

Implement and support SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) for compliance management, customs management, and risk management.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Provide end-to-end support for Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and support production environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, and Logistics modules.

Support integration between SAP ECC / S4HANA and GTS systems.

Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP SD configuration and implementation.

Hands-on experience with SAP GTS compliance, customs, and trade processes.

Experience in integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI).

Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.

Experience in SAP implementation / rollout / support projects.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD)

based on business requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional

requirements.

• Strong functional expertise in SAP MM, and SD modules with focus on invoice

processing, tax configuration, and statutory reporting.

• Translate business needs into SAP solutions through process mapping and best practice

recommendations.

• Oversee the development of functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports,

Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

• Work with business stakeholders to understand statutory and good to have E-invoicing

knowledge

• Map business requirements to SAP functionalities, primarily within MM, and SD

modules.

• Coordinate with ABAP and middleware teams for API integration between SAP and

the government’s e-invoice/GST portal or third-party providers.

• In-depth knowledge of IDoc processing, troubleshooting, and interface management.

• Good understanding of API-based integrations between SAP and government/third-

party systems

• Excellent in preparing documentation (FS, TS, UAT scripts), and support go-live

activities.

• Manage change requests, issue resolution, and enhancements post-implementation.

• Provide functional guidance to junior consultants and coordinate across cross-functional

SAP teams.

• Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Vistex
