Senior Full Stack Developer (Java + React)

🔍 About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Java and hands-on experience with React on the frontend. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical skills, deep knowledge of software design principles, and the ability to build scalable, high-performance applications.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Core Java & Spring frameworks.
• Build responsive and interactive UI components using ReactJS/Redux.
• Implement high-quality code using TDD/BDD practices (JUnit, JBehave/Cucumber).
• Work on RESTful API development, integration, and optimization.
• Develop and manage efficient database schemas using SQL (DB2) and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Optimize system performance using multithreading, caching, and scalable design patterns.

🛠️ Required Skills

Backend (Strong Expertise Required)

• 7+ years of experience in Java backend development
• Deep knowledge of:
• Core Java (class loading, garbage collection, collections, streams, reflections)
• OOPs, data structures, algorithms, graph data
• Design patterns, MVC, multithreading, recursion
• Spring, JSR-303, Logback, Apache Commons

Database Skills

• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases & SQL (DB2)
• Good understanding of NoSQL (MongoDB)

Frontend Skills

• Solid experience with ReactJS/Redux
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP

DevOps & Tools

• Strong knowledge of Git, Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Liquibase for schema management
• Hands-on with Unix/Linux

✨ Good to Have

• Experience with Azure, Snowflake, Databricks
• Knowledge of Camunda 7/8 (BPMN/DMN)
• Experience with TDD, BDD methodologies
• Understanding of workflow engines & cloud data stack

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Language: Java, SQL , JavaScript.

Software Ideology : Design Pattern , SOLID principle , YAGNI , KISS , Microservices, CLEAN/LAYERED architecture.

Framework: Spring (Boot, MVC, DataJPA, Security), JMS(Rabbit MQ/Apache camel/active MQ), ORM tool(Criteria API/Criteria Builder/Query DSL/Springdata JPA), REST(Jersey, Spring MVC , Feign Client) , Vaadin/GWT/jHipster/Google Polymer

Database : RDMS(Oracle/, Postgresql) , NoSql(MongoDB). Subversion : SVN , Git

Preferred Knowledge: Angular, HTML/CSS, Kotlin, Kafka , JUnit/TestNG , Docker, Kubernetes

1. Responsible for writing business logic and integrating it end to end (from DB-WS to UI & vice versa).
2. Creating Rest endpoints to be used by other applications which will suffice the business requirements.

5. Lead technical risk mitigation, design and planning activities

1.Strong skills and experience in (Java,  Javascript/Typescript, Go, Design Patterns, etc.).

5.API documentation / specification tools (e.g. Swagger).

6.Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability with API testing frameworks / testing documentation (e.g. K6, JMeter, SoapUI, Postman,etc.).

7.Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

8.Execution of software delivery. You are skilled at cloud architecture, testing, monitoring, alerting and are excited to apply these principles within the team.."

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development using Java, and J2EE Framework. 
• Experience with http://react.js/">React.js, AngularJS, strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5
• Passion for building enterprise web applications leveraging modern architecture principles, strong prior experience as a full stack developer. 
• Expertise with CSS and building responsive pages, with a keen eye for UI design and usability
• Experience with web-accessibility/WCAG standards
• Experience working collaboratively with a globally distributed team.
• Experience with agile methodologies and good exposure to DevOps/CICD models.
