Job Title: Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting & Core Accounting (Night Shift)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with a strong foundation in core accounting functions and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across the entire AP and AR cycles, possess strong technical knowledge in accounting standards, and have a track record of planning and implementing process improvements. The role demands leadership, a deep understanding of R2R processes, and the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and reporting activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Execute two-way and three-way matching processes and oversee the entire AP and AR cycles.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of accruals, month-end journals, and year-end journals.
- Review general ledger activities for correct classification and completeness.
- Conduct fluctuation analysis of P&L and balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements, ensuring elimination of intercompany transactions.
