Job Title: Ticketing Executive – GDS (Galileo)

Aertrip.com is a leading travel technology company providing end-to-end travel solutions, including flights, hotels, and holiday packages. We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive with strong GDS skills to join our team and handle domestic and international ticketing efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds using Galileo GDS.
- Provide accurate fare quotes, itineraries, and PNR management.
- Process ticket issuance, revalidation, and exchanges as per airline guidelines.
- Assist customers and internal teams with fare rules, flight schedules, and route options.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for any booking-related queries or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions.
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in air ticketing (domestic & international).
- Proficiency in Galileo GDS (knowledge of Amadeus or Sabre is a plus).
- Strong understanding of fare construction, PNR creation, ticketing rules, and airline policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple bookings efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Aviation Management.
- Prior experience in a travel agency, OTA, or tour operator setup.

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Handle the end-to-end ticketing process, including PNR Creation, Issuance, Re-issuance, refunds and cancellation.
● Execute changes, rescheduling and modification as per customer requirements.
● Coordinated effectively with airlines and customers over the phone.
● Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
● Research and compare fares to secure the best possible pricing for corporate clients,
considering negotiated rates and preferred airlines.
● Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, addressing inquiries, resolving
issues, and offering proactive solutions.
● Effectively communicate with clients, airlines, and other travel partners.
Requirements:
● Possess in-depth knowledge of GDS systems, specifically Galileo and sabre.
● Demonstrate proficiency in managing both international and domestic ticketing operations.
● Strong understanding of city codes, airport codes, and airline hubs.
● Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal formats.
● Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
