Job Description:

 Technical Customer Support

• Ability to work in team environment

Responsible for :

1. Respond to customer queries via chat or phone in a timely and professional manner.
2. Proactively responding on tickets or issues.
3. Resolve customer queries or issues with required solutions 
4. Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.
5. Provide required information about products and services offered by Provakil.
6. Update customer information and issue details in ticketing platform
7. Analysing the challenges faced by clients and passing the details to technical team.
8. Should be aware of product feature updates.
9. Flexible in working shifts

Requirement: 

1. Respond to customer queries or technical issues via email in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing appropriate solution or alternatives.
3. Should have knowledge of API integration, cloud based tool.
4. Interact with cross team to get the issues resolved.
5. Hands on experience on CRM or any ticketing system.
6. Should be able to lead meetings and training sessions.
7. Worked in customer facing environment.
8. Troubleshoot technical issues at level 1 and level 2 .
9. Handled customer escalations and worked on escalation matrix 
10. Provide weekly status on ticket received and resolved 

Additionally,

Handled enterprise client issues in previous experience.

Bachelor’s degree in CS or IT or related field.

• Expert in Python with experience on Django.

• Knowledge of event-driven programming in Python.
• Experience with python packages like Numpy, pandas, flask, Pyspark, pymongo, os, logging, re, pyyaml.
• Experience with swagger io module to expose API
• Strong unit test and debugging skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in RESTful API/HTTP/JSON`

Job Description for the position of “Email Deliverability Specialist”

We are looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist who will be responsible for driving different campaigns like; Drip campaigns, Email and Push channel campaigns etc. and must have in-depth knowledge of email campaign management, marketing automation, channel metrics, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day execution of email deliverability, including onboarding configuration, troubleshooting campaign challenges, creating/segmenting lists.
• Strong understanding of ISP/domain-specific delivery policies, whitelisting and feedback loops with ISPs
• Expert knowledge of “best practices” for sending bulk email and list management
• A good understanding of email end-to-end delivery including IP addresses, DNS, SMTP, authentication and email headers
• Aid in meeting client goals by improving email delivery, unsubscribe rate, and other e-mail metrics.
• Contact vendors on a regular basic including in-depth weekly or monthly calls, or as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, helping the QA Team test email assets across different email clients and ESPs.
• Keep current on the latest trends in email technology.
• Provide guidance on scaling our email capability with additional hardware or software capabilities
• Maintain the performance and health of the email channel with regard to deliverability and segmentation

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in email services/delivery role
• Comprehensive understanding of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR and other international email regulations.
• Comfortable with source version control software (Git)
• Proficiency in email production, delivery platforms, troubleshooting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM/anti-spam laws
• Strong attention to detail and a creative thinker with an eye for design
• Proven team player mindset – openly shares knowledge, train & mentor junior colleagues
