What You’ll Do:

• Build and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals across different industries and geographies, including multi-location and international projects
• Conduct keyword research across short-tail, long-tail, semantic, and topical clusters, and turn those insights into structured content plans
• Create and optimize high-quality content including landing pages, service pages, and blogs that are not only SEO-friendly but also conversion-focused
• Write clear, compelling website copy that aligns with search intent and drives user action, not just traffic
• Continuously improve existing content by optimizing for rankings, engagement, and conversions
• Ensure strong on-page SEO implementation including titles, meta descriptions, schema, internal linking, and overall content structure
• Manage Local SEO and Google Business Profile (GBP) campaigns, including profile optimization, multi-location SEO, local keyword targeting, service area optimization, GBP content creation, geo-tagging, posting strategies, local citation management, review management, and local ranking growth initiatives
• Perform technical, content, and competitor audits and translate findings into actionable improvements
• Execute off-page SEO activities including high-quality backlink creation, web 2.0 submissions, business directory and citation listings, and outreach for guest posting and digital PR to build domain authority and brand visibility
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini to speed up research, content creation, SERP analysis, and idea generation while maintaining originality and quality
• Experiment with AI + SEO workflows to build semantically strong, entity-rich content that can rank both on search engines and AI-driven platforms
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure proper implementation of SEO and content strategies
• Track performance using GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio, and convert data into meaningful insights and actions
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI in search, and evolving SEO trends

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to act as the central operational hub for our team at Innovxcare. As we build next-generation AI solutions for radiology, you will lead sprint execution for our Software and AI engineering teams while maintaining tight alignment with our Product Management and Commercial teams to deliver critical releases on schedule.

Location & Work Model

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead all core sprint meetings, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and end-of-sprint demos.
• Manage Tech Execution: Oversee daily workflows and task progress for the Software and AI engineering teams to keep deliverables moving smoothly.

Compensation

• Salary Range: ₹10,00,000 to ₹20,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
