Roles & Responsibilities:

● Coordinate with the client and the development team making sure the smooth flow of (WordPress, MEAN / MERNSTACK) projects.

● Being the One Point POC for clients & handling their issues.

● Delegating the projects to the Team.

● Should have exposure to handling Website clients.

● Following up to ensure projects run smoothly within the given timeline.

Job Description for Business Development

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development to join our team in the Furniture/Fixture Retail Industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in sales and business development. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients within the Furniture, Fixture Retail sectors.

• Strong negotiation, communication, excel and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.

After your selection, we are having 7 days of unpaid OJT and this is for everyone who joins in sales. In which 1 day will be product training and product briefing session will be conducted. In OJT period you are required to achieve 2 sale unit of any ticket size in order to get on boarded as a permanent employee of the company. · Need 2D animators to develop professional quality 2D animations/Modules, basis the scripts being shared.

· Critical need to visualize and when required build on scripts and create animation for effective story lines independently.

· Ability to work on multiple projects and supervise the team. Going beyond the brief to think of ideas proactively.

· Liaising with clients and interpreting their briefs. Ability to quickly adapt and reuse components from existing into new ones.

· Visualize independently to come up with fresh designs/layouts and animations.

· Overseeing Modules/Animations through the production stage to final completion.

· Adherence to design and branding style guides, standards, and processes

Job Responsibility:

· At least 2 years design and animation and illustration experience MUST include character design, background scene environment and 2D animation.

· Key Skills –Adobe Flash, Illustration/sketching, Character Design and Animation. Very Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Sound Editing is required.

· Illustration/drawing with good visualization skills for Storyboarding.

· Action scripting knowledge will be an added advantage though not mandatory.

· Design Studio experience is preferred though not mandatory.

3. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating our products, training the partner associates on how to use our products and help them build a services practice.
4. Organizing, Training, planning & delivering compelling proof of our Security Product demonstrations and its Remediation services to our partners in the US and UK markets.

Mandatory skills:

• Prior experience as a pre-sales engineer with Avaya, Cisco, Audiocodes, Oracle (ACME), Ribbon or one of its partners.
• To ask the right questions, time bound and attention to detail.
• Skilled at Power point and other Training modules.
