Job Title: Pre - Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Pre Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, individual will be responsible to provide technical expertise and support to our sales teams, ensuring that customers receive accurate, tailored solutions that meet their needs. Individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth, manage quotations, and ensure smooth execution of customer orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, sales aptitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to support sales teams and provide accurate, technical solutions to meet customer needs.

- Sales Support: Assist Regional Sales Managers and Dealers in technical discussions with customers to facilitate deal closure.
- Order Processing: Review purchase orders, ensure compliance with submitted offers, and coordinate with customers for amendments when necessary.
- Execution Handover: Once orders are finalized, pass on clean orders along with all required documentation to the Sales Operations Manager (SOM) for execution.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to meet and exceed assigned regional sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Strong technical skills and comfort in leading technical discussions.

Job Overview:
The BMS Project Manager is responsible for the management of Building Management System projects from design to completion. This role involves overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning and handing over of BMS solutions, ensuring all technical, quality, and safety standards are met. The Project Manager will collaborate with Consultants, PMC, clients, engineers, Internal team and Sub-contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of BMS systems that meet the required specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the BMS projects, including scope definition, project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all project deliverables are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage and lead a team of engineers, technicians, Sub-contractor and other staff involved in the BMS project.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
- Work closely with design engineers to ensure that the BMS design meets client requirements and industry standards.
- Review technical specifications and drawings for the installation of BMS systems.
- Oversee the procurement of BMS equipment and materials, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
- Ensure all required certifications and compliance with regulations for the BMS systems are met.

- Minimum 8 years of experience managing BMS or similar building automation projects.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of building systems, HVAC, lighting, energy management, and related technologies.
- Experience with BMS platforms (e.g., Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens, Trane etc).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Role Overview
- As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and drafting systems for Technical Proposals brought in by the sales team, ensuring that quotes are technically correct before submitting to clients.
- Preparation of proposal based on the RFP / RFQ docs and Understand the CAD drawing.
- Generate BOQ, Compliance Statement, system descriptions, schematic drawings, material / technical submittal, system programming such as Crestron, Extron, Bose and other OEM products etc.
- Provide sales and technical staff with technical support on both a pre- and post-sales basis
- Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct or attend a Site visit and Site surveys when needed.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that company offers.
