Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications.
• Validate SFCC Storefront (SFRA) functionality including PLP, PDP, Cart, Checkout, Promotions, and Payments.
• Test integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM, and tax services.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Execute API testing using tools like Postman or similar.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams for requirement analysis and defect resolution.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support production deployments and conduct post-release validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce / Demandware).
• Strong understanding of SFCC architecture, Business Manager, and SFRA framework.
• Experience in testing:
• Catalog & inventory management
• Search & sorting
• Pricing & promotions
• Checkout & payment integrations
• Order management flows
• Knowledge of OCAPI / SCAPI testing.
• Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with 4+ years of proven experience in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in leading the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) across multiple projects, functional testing of web and backend systems, and hands-on experience with API automation. This role requires someone who can build robust test strategies, design automation frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete STLC (planning, test case design, execution, defect management, and closure) across concurrent projects.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and system integration testing, ensuring full coverage and efficient execution.

• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar, validating request/response structures, data integrity, performance, and security.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify gaps, track defects, and enhance test coverage.

• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster releases.

• Continuously improve test automation frameworks, strategies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Strong experience managing and executing STLC in multi-project environments.
• Hands-on experience with functional testing (web, mobile, backend) and solid test case design skills.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent.
• Expertise in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks.

Responsible for the efforts and results of the financial department.  Reporting to the Chief FO with regards to all financial and accounting activities overseeing financial department staff in day-to-day operations.  Liaising with operations with respect to financial transactions performed by non-financial staff.

Financial control is concerned with ensuring that recorded data is accurate, on time, and within the rules set by the Company.  The Financial Controller is also in charge of Policies and Procedures to ensure the right transactions are made by the appropriate employees and that appropriate authorizations are obtained according to policies agreed from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
• Supervise and manage financial department staff including accountants, bookkeepers, and financial assistants
• Collaborate with HR to define roles and performance monitoring frameworks.  Regularly review the performance of team members in line with performance monitoring frameworks.
• Assist HR in defining recruitment needs and assessment of candidates.  Once these have been identified.
• Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems including payroll and invoicing
• Overseeing and managing the company secretarial function ensuring the appropriate filings and reports are completed in each Country that MiC operates within.
• Implement, design, and maintain controls for managing financial transactions within the wider organization to ensure compliance with regulations and audit requirements.
• Be sure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
• Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation in all of the territories and countries that MiC operates in.
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the Company based on data gathered from the constituent parts of MiC, external research for the markets within which MIC operates, and analysis of past trends.
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly and identify variances with reported financial performance.
• Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
• Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information
• Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, investors, and Board Members
• Responsible for the timely and accurate financial close process ensuring that all required reconciliations and analysis are concluded comprehensively during the close process.
