Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Electrical Engineer to support daily electrical operations, documentation, and data management activities. The role is ideal for fresh diploma or B.E. Electrical graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, reporting, and site execution work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day electrical activities including inspection, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
• Maintain electrical records, checklists, logs, and technical documentation as per company standards.
• Handle data entry, report preparation, and management of electrical drawings and project data.
• Support senior engineers in preparing work reports, compliance documents, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for tracking electrical tasks and updates.
• Visit project sites when required to assist in installation, testing, and electrical work execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and electrical standards during all activities.
• Learn and follow company processes related to electrical operations and site execution.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Freshers preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, panels, and safety practices.
• Good documentation and computer skills (MS Excel/Word preferred).
• Willingness to travel for occasional site visits.

Role : Production In charge

Qualification : Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical

Experience :

1–3 years experience in wiring harness industry

b) Knowledge of LVDS and high-speed cables

Wiring Harness Knowledge:

• Understanding of LVDS cable construction

• Crimping process knowledge

• Continuity testing & Hi-Pot testing

• Reading wiring diagrams & work instructions

• Harness routing & connector assembly standards

Process & Machine Knowledge:

• Crimping machines (semi-auto/manual)

• Cutting & stripping machines

• Taping machines

• Basic soldering

• Crimp height micrometer, pull tester

Team Leadership & Supervision:

• Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 20–30 operators/technicians.

• Managing shift-wise manpower allocation and task assignments.

• Conducting daily team briefings and ensuring smooth coordination among all members.

• Handling team conflicts professionally and maintaining discipline on the shop floor.
