About Job

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our data team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will work on various data engineering tasks including designing and optimizing data pipelines, data modelling, and troubleshooting data issues. You will collaborate with other data team members, stakeholders, and data scientists to provide data-driven insights and solutions to the organization. Experience required is of 3+ Years.

Responsibilities:

Design and optimize data pipelines for various data sources

Design and implement efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms

Develop data modelling solutions and data validation mechanisms

Troubleshoot data-related issues and recommend process improvements

Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and solutions

Coach and mentor junior data engineers in the team

Skills Required:

3+ years of experience in data engineering or related field

Strong experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines, and data modelling

Strong proficiency in programming languages Python

Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Hive

Experience with cloud data services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP

Strong experience with database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing

Knowledge of distributed computing and storage systems

Understanding of DevOps and power automate and Microsoft Fabric will be an added advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a Computer related field (Master's degree preferred)

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of and experience in working on Microsoft Azure (IAAS/PAAS/SAAS)
• Ability to architect, design, and implement cloud-based solutions
• Proven track record of designing and implement the IoT-based solutions/Big Data solutions/applications to the Azure cloud platform.
• Experience in building .Net-based enterprise distributed solutions in Windows and Linux.
• Experience in using CI and CD tools. Jenkins/ Azure pipeline and Terraform. Experience in using another tooling such as Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.
• Good understanding of HA/DR Setups in Cloud
• Experience and working knowledge of Virtualization, Networking, Data Center, and Security

• Experience / knowledge of other cloud offerings (e.g. AWS, GCP) will be added advantage

Rules & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain all AWS infrastructure and services within a managed service environment
• Should be able to work on 24 X 7 shifts for support of infrastructure.
• Design, Deploy and maintain enterprise class security, network and systems management applications within an AWS environment
• Design and implement availability, scalability, and performance plans for the AWS managed service environment
• Continual re-evaluation of existing stack and infrastructure to maintain optimal performance, availability and security
• Manage the production deployment and deployment automation

Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 4+ years of experience in IT
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining all AWS infrastructure and services
• Design and implement availability, scalability, and performance plans for the AWS managed service environment
• Continual re-evaluation of existing stack and infrastructure to maintain optimal performance, availability, and security
• Hands-on technical expertise in Security Architecture, automation, integration, and deployment
• Familiarity with compliance & security standards across the enterprise IT landscape
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and AWS(IAM, Route53, SSM, S3, EFS, EBS, ELB, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, SQS, SNS, RDS, Cloud Formation, DynamoDB)
• Solid understanding of AWS IAM Roles and Policies
• Solid Linux experience with a focus on web (Apache Tomcat/Nginx)
• Experience with automation/configuration management using Terraform\Chef\Ansible or similar.
• Understanding of protocols/technologies like Microservices, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, LDAP, JDBC, SQL, HTML
• Experience in managing and working with the offshore teams
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, etc.)
• AWS, Kubernetes Certification is preferred
• Ability to work with and influence Engineering teams

Sr.DevOps Engineer (5 to 8 yrs. Exp.)

Location: Ahmedabad

• Strong Experience in Infrastructure provisioning in cloud using Terraform & AWS CloudFormation Templates.
• Strong Experience in Serverless Containerization technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker etc.
• Strong Experience in Jenkins & AWS Native CI/CD implementation using code
• Strong Experience in Cloud operational automation using Python, Shell script, AWS CLI, AWS Systems Manager, AWS Lamnda, etc.
• Day to Day AWS Cloud administration tasks
• Strong Experience in Configuration management using Ansible and PowerShell.
• Strong Experience in Linux and any scripting language must required.
• Knowledge of Monitoring tool will be added advantage.
• Understanding of DevOps practices which involves Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment.
• Hands on with application deployment process
