About the job:

We're hiring a Technical Product & Project Manager to help turn client requirements into well-defined products and make sure those products are delivered successfully. You'll work across product management, project management, client communication, delivery, and rapid prototyping. This is a full-time, work-from-office role in Hyderabad for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business, product, design, technology, and delivery.

What You'll Do

TL;DR: Understand what clients need, define what needs to be built, work closely with engineers to get it built, and take ownership of delivering the final outcome.

● Work with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, workflows, problems, and desired outcomes

● Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria

● Define product scope, priorities, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria

● Take ownership of project delivery from initial requirements through final implementation

● Work closely with engineers to clarify requirements, answer questions, and keep development moving

● Make sure projects are progressing as expected and proactively address issues that could impact delivery

● Coordinate across engineers, designers, clients, and other stakeholders to keep everyone aligned

● Regularly communicate project status, demos, risks, decisions, and next steps to clients

● Gather client feedback and translate it into clear, actionable changes for the engineering team

● Create quick prototypes, mockups, and proof-of-concepts using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Replit, Lovable, or similar

● Identify gaps, edge cases, usability issues, and unclear requirements early in the development process

● Maintain clear documentation around requirements, project status, decisions, scope changes, and delivery

● Help ensure the final product is functional, usable, polished, and ready for the client

Qualifications

TL;DR: We're looking for someone who can understand business problems, define products clearly, work effectively with engineers, manage delivery, and use modern AI tools to rapidly turn ideas into prototypes.

You Are:

● 2 to 5 years into your career in product management, project management, business analysis, software delivery, or a similar role

● Someone who is comfortable working with both business stakeholders and software engineers

● Comfortable taking ownership of a project from requirements through delivery

● Highly organized and able to keep multiple moving pieces on track

● Comfortable working through ambiguity and turning unclear ideas into clear requirements and action items

● Technically curious and able to understand how modern software applications are built

● Someone who enjoys using AI tools to rapidly turn ideas into working prototypes

● Comfortable presenting work in progress and discussing tradeoffs directly with clients

● Someone who cares about the quality and usability of the final product, not just whether tasks were completed

● Someone with a good eye for design, user experience, and how software should feel to use

Must-haves:

● Experience gathering and documenting business and product requirements

● Experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, or similar product documentation

● Experience working directly with software engineering teams

● Strong project management and delivery skills

● Ability to track tasks, milestones, dependencies, blockers, risks, and timelines

● Ability to take ownership of delivery and drive projects through completion

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

● Ability to communicate business requirements clearly to engineers

● Comfortable presenting product demos, progress updates, and project status to clients

● Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

● Comfortable using AI tools and AI coding agents to create prototypes and proof-of-concepts

● Basic understanding of APIs, databases, frontend/backend applications, and modern software development

● Good product judgment and attention to user experience

Nice-to-haves:

● Previous experience as a software engineer, business analyst, technical product manager, or technical project manager

● Experience working in a consulting or client services environment

● Strong visual and product design sense

● Experience creating wireframes, mockups, or prototypes using Figma or similar tools

● Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Replit, Lovable, or similar

● Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, Notion, or similar

● Familiarity with SQL and basic data analysis

● Experience working on AI, analytics, or software engineering projects
