Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day resolution of external client and internal production incidents in a Pega-based application support environment.
- Collaborate with TPO teams, SE teams, Operations teams, EOCC, and associated IT support teams to drive timely incident resolution.
- Leverage strong Pega application and workflow knowledge to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Participate in 24×7 production support coverage, including on-call rotations for critical incidents as required.
- Monitor production alerts proactively to identify and address system issues before end-user impact occurs.
- Deliver clear, concise, and timely status updates on high-priority incidents to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop a strong understanding of business impact through daily interaction with operations teams and system users.
- Perform incident root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and actively track corrective actions through closure.
- Ensure production incidents are resolved and communicated in alignment with defined SLA requirements.
- Provide ongoing production support for enterprise Pega application suites.
- Resolve production tickets within established SLA and priority guidelines.
- Support and expedite resolution of escalated managed incidents.
- Represent the IT production support perspective in discussions with business and operations teams.
- Perform daily system health checks to ensure application stability, availability, and performance.
- Provide annual 1-on-1 production support coverage as required by the organization.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of Pega experience with strong understanding of Pega-based applications
- 1–3 years of IT production support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Java technologies (preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL
- 1–3 years of BPM / workflow experience
- 1–3 years of XML/HTML experience
- Hands-on experience with Incident and Problem Management processes
Required Experience & Education
- 1–3 years of experience with Pega Case Management
- Proven experience working on cross-functional technical teams
- Experience supporting onshore/offshore delivery models
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent professional experience
Desired / Nice-to-Have Experience
- Exposure to OpenShift environments
- Experience coaching or mentoring team members
- Pega Certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
1) Solution Architecture & Development
Architect, design, and develop enterprise-level Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
Build robust workflows using Power Automate, including Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, and API-based integrations.
Develop scalable, reusable components, custom connectors, and advanced automation frameworks.
Integrate with enterprise systems such as SharePoint Online, Dataverse, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Teams, Outlook, and REST APIs.
2) Requirement Analysis & Consulting
Lead requirement workshops with business users and functional teams.
Translate business needs into technical designs, workflow diagrams, and solution architecture.
Advise stakeholders on low-code best practices, feasibility, licensing, governance, and scalability considerations.
3) Technical Governance & Best Practices
Implement ALM practices, solution layering, version control, and deployment pipelines.
Ensure adherence to Power Platform governance, security, environment strategy, and compliance standards.
Perform thorough documentation: architecture, data models, ERDs, solution design, SOPs, and release notes.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize existing workflows.
4) CoE Support, Workshops & Enablement
Conduct training, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and business users.
Mentor junior developers and guide citizen developers, ensuring adherence to governance.
Contribute to establishing Power Platform standards, reusability libraries, and centre-of-excellence initiatives.
5) Continuous Innovation
Stay updated with Power Platform releases, new connectors, Copilot features, and architectural enhancements.
Identify opportunities for automation and modernization of business processes.
Education & Qualifications
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
▪️ Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 strongly preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
▪️ 5–8 years of professional experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development.
Strong experience with:
▪️ Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Component Libraries
▪️ Power Automate Cloud & Desktop Flows
▪️ Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server
▪️ REST APIs, JSON, Graph API, custom connectors
