About the Role-

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure/ System Administrator with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, Windows IIS, and database administration (PostgreSQL/MSSQL). You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and ensuring high availability of our critical infrastructure components.

Responsibilities-

• Deploy, configure, and manage Azure infrastructure (VMs, VNets, App Gateway, Storage).
• Administer and maintain Windows IIS web servers to ensure smooth application hosting.
• Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL/MSSQL) for performance, security, and reliability.
• Implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure-related incidents.

Required Skills-

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure management.
• Experience required Minimum 2 years to 5 years.
• Strong experience in Windows Server & IIS configuration.
• Experience in database administration (PostgreSQL/MSSQL).
• Familiarity with automation tools (PowerShell, Terraform is a plus).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, VNets, load balancers).
• Must be located in commutable distance to Kolkata, West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

· Manage the Director’s calendar, Plan, schedule meetings and official appointments

· Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas, MOM and presentations.

· To deal with important clients and the Director’s Official correspondence.

· Manage External contacts & keep track of periodic communication needed for priority contact.

· Govt Office liaison & Co-ordination with the factory and the customers/clients, stakeholders & employees.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track business performance and recommend areas for improvement.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Independently handling daily official correspondence.

· Help with board and subcommittee meeting arrangements as well as completing, editing, collating, and dispatching all forms of correspondence in forms of meetings.

· Will be able to travel as when required for official meet /conference.

Business Analysis & Stock Market Insights:

· Conduct business market research and analysis to support strategic initiatives.

· Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

· Monitor stock market trends and provide insights relevant to the company's investments.

· Analyse investment opportunities and assist in portfolio management.

· Assist in evaluating business performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

· B. Com (H) + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in /Financial

· Organization or CA Firm.

· Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and stock market operations.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office / VLOOKUP/Pivot/Chart/ Google Calander/Outlook/ChatGPT
