• Good understating of PKI infrastructure and experience in Active Directory Certificate Services administration.

They also configure firewalls for usage, manage their day-to-day operations, and perform regular maintenance through upgrades and patches.
• Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Expertise in Firewall design, building, and managing the security infrastructure of information technology (IT) systems. They are expected to be proficient in all aspects of ITIL (i.e. Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Request Management, Problem Management, Disaster Response, etc.).
• Windows Server environment administration and support.

This role demands hands-on experience in backend development, cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization, automation, and client communication. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a strong technical foundation and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs using Python.
• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
