Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and advanced sourcing strategies

• Screen profiles, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate skills and fit

• Manage the full hiring cycle while ensuring an excellent candidate experience

• Work on niche and hard-to-fill roles using innovative sourcing methods

• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver within defined TATs

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and use ATS tools for pipeline tracking

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 2–8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT)

• Strong command of platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing channels

• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach

• Ability to handle multiple mandates and close positions within timelines

Recruiter Intern (3-Month Internship)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern who is eager to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations while working with a fast-paced remote team.

This internship is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or anyone looking to gain practical HR and recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, Apna, Naukri, Indeed, Telegram communities, and other job platforms.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess candidate fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Post job openings across multiple job portals and social media platforms.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate professionally via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Learn and use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and AI recruitment tools.
• Support recruitment operations and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with the HR team to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Recruitment, HR, and Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
