Designation: Sr. RCM Executive

Required Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Shift Timing: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM / 06:30 PM to 03: 30 AM

Working Days: 05 days (Monday to Friday)

Salary Criteria: Up To 40,000 INR

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies for medical services provided

- Initiate timely and effective communication with insurance companies to expedite claim processing and resolve payment discrepancies.

- Identify and resolve billing issues, including claim denials, rejections, and underpayments, through thorough investigation and follow-up.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and actions taken regarding accounts receivable.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and taking of product end to-end: defining scope, developing requirements and product launch.

• Analysing customer needs/ markets, competitive offering and user requirements in depth
• Coordinating with various functions to ensure product roll-out within defined timelines, understanding product priorities and implementing a product governance framework
• Conceptualizing innovative features, designing wireframes/ prototypes and documenting PRDs to enhance app usability
• Working collaboratively with various teams including marketing, business, UX, customer support and engineering teams etc.

What you need to have:

• MBA / B.E from Tier 1 Colleges (IIM / ISB / IIT /BITS)
• 2-5 years of product experience at a fintech company
• Prior experience in tech roles is a plus
• Comfort diving into data and deriving tangible insights
• Proven track record of shipping several high impact features end-to-end
• Prior startup experience is a plus    

Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Network Equipment e.g CCTV Camera, Network Switch, Router, Wi-fi, Server and Desktop computer etc. Willing to travel entire India based on project requirement.

Description:

1. Hands-on backend web and API development experience.

2. Has strong MySQL and Database knowledge.

3. Working experience in building and deploying applications on servers like AWS, etc.

4. Good understanding of architectural patterns (e.g., MVC) is required.

5. Good communication and analytical skills.

6. Experience in building REST APIs in NodeJS and/or TypeScript.

7. Code repositories management in GIT.

8. Provide leadership to the team around new approaches, workflows, and technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience
• Experience with VoIP based technologies based on SIP protocol.
• Solid C, C++ experience, Python
• Experience in developing multi-threaded and client server application
• Experience in Linux/Unix environment
• Experience/Knowledge in at least three of the following technical areas is also required:
• Object oriented design and methodologies
• Experience developing cloud-based services (e.g. SaaS, PaaS)
• Knowledge and development background in web services, or web based technologies using REST.
• Experience with highly available/redundant softwer.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Strong writing skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
• Knowledge of software development methodology, build tools and product life cycle; experience in agile development is a plus.
• Excellent team skill, can-do attitude, focus on quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with clients and internal business owners (product, marketing, edit, etc.) to understand needs and develop models and products for Kaleidofin business line.
• Good understanding of the underlying business and workings of cross functional teams for successful execution
• Design and develop analyses based on business requirement needs and challenges.
• Leveraging statistical analysis on consumer research and data mining projects, including segmentation, clustering, factor analysis, multivariate regression, predictive modeling, hyperparameter tuning, ensembling etc.
• Providing statistical analysis on custom research projects and consult on A/B testing and other statistical analysis as needed. Other reports and custom analysis as required.
• Identify and use appropriate investigative and analytical technologies to interpret and verify results.
• Apply and learn a wide variety of tools and languages to achieve results
• Use best practices to develop statistical and/ or machine learning techniques to build models that address business needs.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the effectiveness of business decisions using data and machine learning/predictive modeling.
• Innovate on projects by using new modeling techniques or tools.
• Utilize effective project planning techniques to break down complex projects into tasks and ensure deadlines are kept.

Skills:

• 2+ year experience in advanced analytics, model building, statistical modeling, optimization, and machine learning algorithms.
• Machine Learning Algorithms: Crystal clear understanding, coding, implementation, error analysis, model tuning knowledge on Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, SVM, shallow Neural Networks, clustering, Decision Trees, Random forest, Boosting trees, Recommender Systems, ARIMA and Anomaly Detection. Feature selection, hyper parameters tuning, model selection and error analysis, ensemble methods.
• Strong with programming languages like Python and data processing using SQL or equivalent and ability to experiment with newer open source tools
• Experience in normalizing data to ensure it is homogeneous and consistently formatted to enable sorting, query and analysis.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing and maintaining a database and programs to manage data analysis efforts.
• Experience with big data and cloud computing viz. Spark, Hadoop (MapReduce, PIG, HIVE)
• Experience in risk and credit scoring domains preferred
