Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D interior and exterior models from architectural drawings and design concepts.
• Develop realistic renders using D5 Render, Lumion and Enscape.

• Convert 2D drawings into accurate 3D models using SketchUp.
• Understand and interpret GFC drawings and architectural details.
• Maintain accurate Feet & Inches measurements and dimensions.

• Make revisions based on design feedback and onsite requirements.

Preferred Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in 3D Visualization / Architectural Visualization / Interior Visualization.
• Experience in Luxury Villas, Farmhouses, Premium Residences or Hospitality projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet project timelines.
• Portfolio is mandatory.
