PHP Developer

• Job Summary:

We are looking for a PHP Developer with experience in Laravel and CodeIgniter. You will develop, maintain, and enhance web applications.

• Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain web applications using Laravel and CodeIgniter.

Work with teams to develop new features.

Optimize performance and security.

Debug and troubleshoot issues.

Integrate APIs and services.

• Requirements:

Experience with Laravel and CodeIgniter.

Strong PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS skills.

Knowledge of Git and RESTful APIs.

Problem-solving skills and teamwork.

• Preferred Skills:

Experience with Vue.js or React.

Basic knowledge of AWS or Docker.

• Discussing project aims with the development team.
• Designing and building web applications using CodeIgniter.
• Troubleshooting issues in the implementation and debug builds.
• Working with front-end and back-end developers on projects.
• Testing functionality for users and the backend.
• Ensuring that integrations run smoothly.
• Scaling projects based on client feedback.
• Recording and reporting on work done in Codeignitor/Laravel
• Maintaining web-based applications.
• Presenting work in meetings with management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience working with PHP, performing unit testing, and managing APIs such as REST.
• A solid understanding of application design using Codeignitor/Laravel.
• Knowledge of database design and querying using SQL.
• Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript.
• Practical experience using the MVC architecture.

• Strong knowledge of Ruby on rails framework.
• Strong Knowledge of coding languages, like PERL, Python and Ruby.
• Good knowledge of Relation and NoSQL databases. like MySQL, Postgres, NoSQL etc.
• Knowledge of Microservices development and AWS concept will be an added advantage.
• Ready to adopt new technologies and implement them in project.

• 5+ years of software development experience including 4+ years of deep, hands on experience in building highly scalable web-based backend applications using Java and Spring ecosystem
• BE/BTech in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Great problem-solving skills with solid data structures and algorithms knowledge
• Has extensively used the Spring ecosystem – Spring Boot, REST API Development, ORM tools like Hibernate
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Multi-Threading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
• Experience of coaching and mentoring junior developers with good delegation and time-management skills
• Implemented CI/CD in any of the projects done
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean software development processes and practices
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of Elastic Search
• Has designed relational databases; conversant with SQL
• Knowledge of Jenkins/ Docker and Devops
• Knowledge of Redis or similar technology
• Worked with some or all of these AWS services: EC2; lambda; SQS/SNS; Elastic Search, Transcoder
• Understanding and experience of building services and applications using principles of service-oriented architecture, preferable using REST or SOAP
• Contributed in the creation of end-to-end automation tests (functional or non-functional)
• Worked with WebSocket, Push notifications etc

• Experience in ELK stack
• Knowledge of Video tools like FFMPEG, Wowza / Node Media Streaming
• Understanding of different video formats, streaming, CDN etc
• Understanding of Machine Learning Models, Pipelines etc

•  Candidate must haveexpereince into Php with laravel.
